Ideas, innovations, fine.
With reference to the development of the short play industry in 2025, many practitioners have given such key words.
From the beginning of this year’s fine I.P. shorts, ” Kings of the Year ” , ” The Episode ” , to the high-quality audio-visual language, inside and outside the industry, to the dialect shorts, ” Home and Home ” , the Manga shorts, ” Love for the rest of your life ” , ” The map of Shanghai Love – Love for All ” , were well received with the accent; the series ” Cloudy ” , ” Grandmother of the Eighteen Years ” , has been developed to the next level.
On the one hand, with the development of free short dramas, the audience of the short dramas has been expanding and the content of the short dramas continues to develop.
On the other hand, with the entry of platforms such as the Little Red Book, the marketing field of the short play has long been extended from the drop-in, end-to-end, etc., to new scenarios such as off-line real-event discussions and user UGCs.
What will be the core engine of the next stage of its high-quality development when the short play track says goodbye to the wildness through which it is grown? On September 1st, Kyushu Culture’s newest book, “Receive Your Offer ” , answered: Real Care and Innovative Ecological Operation.

This short drama, which focuses on the ecological aspects of the modern world of work, not only has the pains of a wide range of users been felt in real terms, but also through a joint operation with the Little Red Book platform, which has created the subject of content, the new form of dissemination of the drama, which provides a new sample of the short play industry moving from traffic competition to value-sharing.
Zero-one gold phrases, real reality in speed.
“The background is born. Power is its own.”
“I’ve never been someone’s big lady, and I’m my own lead.”
“What’s the biggest pain of users? Is the transmission strong enough?”
In the short play “See Your Offer ” , such a golden phrase with a clear three-dimensional understanding is everywhere.
For a long time, the core creative needs of a number of short plays have been to meet the expectations of users for an ideal life, to project their own imaginations, man-made and content, often exaggerated and inexorable.
But there is a shadow of the real world of work, and the image of the master is full. Many of the stories in the play are also based on the real world of work, with the current short play’s rare reality.
In the first episode of the show, Lin Xiaochu arrived in the workplace and found himself as a companion and ash of a male and female master. Little Lin couldn’t help but complain: the hostess interviewed me; the master pursued my wife for nothing; and they argued that I worked overtime.
After a moment, Lin Xiaomane shouted: “I’m going to a normal place of work where my conscience won’t hurt without the boss Marysu.”
In a dramatic way, the play represented a blunder against unfairness in the workplace.
It was unexpected that Lin Xiaomana’s dream had come true, that he had crossed into a new company, that he had entered a normal workplace, that he had met with the leader, Sudu, and that he had become accustomed to carrying the leaders and trying to impress them. The leader answered: Your work is worth more than helping me to get something.
At the meeting, there was a problem with planning, but the boss noded. The problems raised by Sioux were straightforward: insufficient user research, one-sided data, floating ideas, technical problems and the need to continue to optimize. Lin was worried that the boss would get angry and sit down. However, the boss quickly agreed to the professional advice of Sudu and the project proceeded smoothly.
After work, Lin was afraid to leave early. Su told her that the rest should take place and that the company did not encourage non-valid overtime.
In the mother-and-child study project, Lin Xiaochu would have wanted to create conflict along the short play lines, capture hot spots and create problems in the mother-and-child sector. But in the real world, without these rhetorical stories, small forest trees are often frustrated.
But my colleague Zhou Zhou Xianxian, by careful observation, pointed to the real plight and needs of the new mother, who was unable to turn on the lights when feeding the children at night to see the scale of the bottle and made a plea to build the night-light bottle.
Find the real problem, solve the problem.
Lin Xiaotao began to reflect on what he had learned in the short theatre and started the path of professional growth.
After that, Hayashi and his colleagues completed the RED company’s Earth Village project, which helped transnationals to find friends for many years; undercover black minded study institutions to deal with black-and-shell accounts; and helping top-rate singers to encounter creative difficulties, sparking the singer’s creative inspiration with the sound of human fireworks and successfully attracting large-scale ginsengs…
Using the fast-paced, high-density tactics of the short play, it tells a story with a realistic base, warms the user and widens the content of the short play.
02 Multiple upgrades, with workers’ shadows hidden in his body.
The story is moving because users see themselves in it.
The realism story is the basis on which Youroffer can move people. The play is more valuable in terms of innovation in character-making, ceremonial philosophies, etc., and the light feeling at the tone of the story, with a general upgrading.
The character image of Lin Xiaomane in the play was like the number of first-time beaters.
In the short play world, Lin Xiaochu thinks that he graduated from Top School and fought for five years in the workplace. Each project is self-confident and self-confident. In the workplace, however, he has often tripped Lin, who has learned how to do business, started to speculate, pretended to be true and lost the opportunity to learn.
Ultimately, however, in normal working conditions, Hayashi completed a meaningful project with his colleagues to find himself.
This is what many young people now experience: Upon entering office, full of confidence and unfair treatment in the workplace, he became frustrated and began to deny himself and others. But the show tells us that when things go wrong, a new environment, a new career.
Short dramas, because of their volume, rarely produce a crowd of figures. But in 12 of the small volumes, the play shaped a distinct group of professional figures.
The experience of Lin Xiaomane is highly compatible with the first experience of many graduates in the workplace, which presents a common path from loss to growth for new entrants in the workplace; a new career in the workplace, which offers a practical and innovative career model based on its professional abilities; and a career in which the professional qualities of mature professionals are reflected in an efficient, decisive and logical style of conduct. Together, these actors form a “spectrum of job-tapes”, which provides users with a visualized reference and inspiration.
This is a character innovation that we can see in the content of the play, as well as in other shorts from Kowloon culture.
In the first half of the year, Kyushu culture’s fine short show, ” With you for the rest of your life ” , told the story of Su Jingko and Lin’s encounter, knowledge, love and, finally, emotional advancement at the Zhejiang Road Bridge, prompting many audiences to resonate.
In Good But Good Eating, the new girl Tang Xiaoxiang passed on the story of traditional pastry in her home town, giving users an intuitive sense of the day-to-day warmth of Gangnam town.
The short play is an audio-visual art, and the audience can feel the true nature of the character, as well as the overall upgrading of its production.
It is also very appropriate to the current working environment. Lin Xiaochu is mostly a light-colored T-shirt, shirts, short skirts, shoes, etc., which fits his cute, cute man-made set. Small items such as coffee cups and dolls also make the office scenes in the play more real and increase the intergenerational sense of the play.
On the subject, the show focused on three core points of pain for current users: first, “Faith in the world of work” and, in the play, helping young viewers to develop a correct understanding of the world of work through the story of Lin Man, and the business culture; second, “Full working methods”, with specific projects as examples, such as product optimization, response from overseas users, describing practical approaches such as “user thinking”, “teamwork”; and third, “Professional values confused”, which, through the lead group’s adherence to the “real” “good faith” choice, leads users to the right values of the world of work.
It’s more than content.
Good content is the basis for the success of the short play, and distribution is the amplifier for the dissemination of short play content. In the context of the industry’s repertoire of excellence, the play was again confirmed by the fact that, while creating excellent stories, new distribution models were being explored as an effective means of expanding the channels of communication between the content of short plays and users.
During the dissemination of Your Offer, Kyushu Culture and Small Red Books were joined to create a multi-dimensional interactive system with a dedicated H5 page on the Little Red Book, leading users to open wide-ranging exchanges and discussions from drama to workplace confusion.
In the comment area, users share their feelings, such as the high level of acceptance of the equal workplace culture in the play “not called sister-in-law” expressed by the user @kiba-song and their desire and support for an open and inclusive workplace environment in the light of their own experience.
In addition, the show set up an online broadcast of executives, where the head of the business of the Little Red Book deals with hot questions and provides authoritative answers and career guidance to users. This is accompanied by a “day-to-day on-line” panel, where the user carries a topic # asks for an offer’s notes and questions the confusion about the fall 2026, and receives an exclusive response from the working staff of the Little Red Book. At the same time, in # this is the subject of my curriculum vitae, many users share their work experience. The story of Hayashi extends into reality and produces a wealth of content.
It is understood that Kyushu Culture and Little Red Books have collaborated on several platform-orientated plays. Indeed, since its establishment in 2021, Kyushu has been producing various short play stories. In the fast-temperature short play industry, Kyushu culture has maintained a vibrant content production capacity, while at the same time producing more than 100 short plays per year, exploring new distribution models.
As we can see from the dissemination of ” Check your offer ” , the content of this kind of reality has broken down the barriers to reality and reality in the form of H5, topics and live broadcasts. It is no longer a fictional story, but a “switch” that triggers users to share real workplace experiences, creating a closed loop that runs from content consumption to UGC. The episode itself has become an ongoing social topic whose vitality and influence have been greatly prolonged.
This content + two-wheel-drive model marked the transition of the short-draught industry from a rough-flow battle to a fine-tune ecological operational war. The practice of Kyushu culture clearly demonstrates that successful short play projects no longer stop at the end of the air, but instead seek to be tied to the depth of the platform to achieve “show, heat and air”.
This requires today ‘ s short-time companies with both the hard power to produce explosive content on a continuous basis and the soft power to co-create with the platform, to operate in depth, and to sink their own assets.
